The LEAP Collaborative project included the design of a sustainable office for a Landscape, Engineering, Architecture and Planning (LEAP) firm, as well as a mixed-use space for four tenants.

This semester's focus was on the integration of building systems into a conceptual design project.  Studies and calculations were made for developing the structural, mechanical and material systems of the office.  Along with typical floor plan, section and elevation drawings, a detailed analysis of the wall section, structural composition, HVAC and lighting were conducted.

 

All three-dimensional rendered images were created with Revit.  All two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings were created with AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
